Considering all weapon statistics, the Black Widow is the best sniper rifle to wield in Mass Effect 3. The only downside to the M Widow is its thermal clip capacity with merely one shot per clip. With the Black Widow, its firing mode is set to automatic that allows three shots to fire before a reload.
It may be a hefty purchase, but the Black Widow can be a hugehelp on the battlefield, especially with a couple of mods attached to it. You can find the M while fighting on the planet of Thessia.

I get compliments on this thing at work all the time. Cons: It's slightly on the noisy side which I was aware of before purchase. Very minor nitpick though. The brightest setting for the backlit red is very very bright. Built in head phone and USB jack is nice. If you never used mechanical keys before I think you will be blown away. I like the "font" of the keys. Gives it a cool look!
I never really used the built in LCD so that doesn't effect me. Overall Review: I love this keyboard. I had been using cheapos that wear out after months of heavy use, and this is just Strange how something as simple as a good keyboard can make typing fun. Buy this or one of the other razer black widow ultimates , you will not regret the money spent.
Pros: -Extremely Durable. This keyboard is hefty, and wont be moving around on your desk anytime soon. Burglar breaking in and need a weapon? This would do. Also, quick story:I was late night gaming and dropped almost an entire can of beer on my keyboard It stopped working of course, and I thought I destroyed it.
The next day I decided to try and clean it up. Since its soldered you cant take it apart, all you can do is pop the keys out, but that seemed to work well since I was able to clean everywhere I needed to. The following day I tested it out and works like nothing ever happened.
Cons: -My first mechanical keyboard so the loudness is a little getting used to. The subtle N7 logo with red stripe, carbon fiber look, and a texture that won't leave fingerprints is just great. The result is a powerful rifle, still capable of dealing significant damage, while at the same time giving the Black Widow three shots instead of one before reloads are needed and double the ammunition reserve. However, it does less damage per round than the standard Widow; each shot does the same damage as the M Mantis , which is still very respectable, so the Black Widow can be seen as a blend of the original Widow and the Mantis with a better ammo reserve and three shots per reload.
The main strength is that the Black Widow has much higher damage than any other semi-automatic rifle--it can kill weaker enemies outright in one shot to the body while stronger targets can be picked off with a single headshot. The high damage, combined with the semi-automatic firing means that this rifle can achieve much higher damage per second than most sniper rifles.
Against armor, it is virtually unparalleled. The biggest problem, however, is that it weighs as much as the M Widow, making it certain to increase power cooldown times. Because of this, it would be highly recommended to avoid using this weapon on classes that rely heavily on their powers, such as Adepts , Vanguards , or Engineers.
Another problem with this gun is its recoil, thus even with the highest Sniper Rifle Concentration Mod you won't be able to squeeze 2 shots onto targets in one section of a scoped mode, as the recoil will eat away time needed to realign for the next shot in time - to compensate, switch in-and-out of the scoped mode between shots.
It might sound as if it defeats the purpose of having a semi-automatic rifle, but, in a trained hand, and with the hitting power of the Black Widow, that still might mean downing 3 targets in quick succession before any need for a reload if you can get headshots all 3 times. It is recommended to use the Black Widow with Adrenaline Rush. Adrenaline Rush compensates for the loss of damage per shot. You can get off at least 2 clips with the Black Widow while in Adrenaline Rush. This weapon is extremely powerful in the hands of an Infiltrator with a maxed out Marksman.
Combined with Tactical Cloak , a player can kill even the hardiest of enemies of lower difficulties. Even on higher difficulties, most enemies will not survive the 3 shots in quick succession.
